We are a bespoke administrative support service for small to medium size enterprises.

We offer a flexible solution that can be tailored to each individual's business needs.

 

Having worked in senior management roles for 10 plus years I understand that Business Owners, Directors and Senior Management Teams in SME’s wear a lot of hats and their attention is needed in so many areas of their businesses.  Therefore, having an extra pair of hands to take ownership of some of the daily administrative demands can make a real difference!

 

We offer a wide range of support from typing services through to budget and cashflow forecasting.  We also specialise in supporting SME trade businesses with some of the additional administrative tasks that they face particularly when taking on commercial projects.  These include the preparation of health and safety documentation, PQQ’s, O&M manuals and accreditation applications and renewals such as CHAS and SafeContractor. 

 

We have split out the support we provide over 4 key administrative areas which are:

The support we provide can be short term or long term, fixed at anything from half a day per week.  We can also take on a one off admin based project that you need to off load. 

 

We are a remote admin support service, however, if you would like us to be office based at times that is something that we can arrange.  This can be helpful when holidays or leaves of absence are taken.  We can also attend meetings and interviews to take notes and minutes on an ad hoc basis as well as doing so over video call.  We are happy to tailor the support that we provide to cover each individual and their business.  Please do take a look over the site and if you think that we can help do not hesitate to get in touch!
