AB Admin Solutions began providing me with administrative support services as I was struggling to juggle the day to day demands of being a small electrical contractor. The practical side of running jobs and accommodating client’s schedules is demanding enough but I was having trouble fitting in the paperwork associated with being a contractor. AB Admin Solutions came recommended from a contact of mine that had found himself in a similar position and the recommendation couldn’t have come quick enough! Aimee calmly organised a schedule and prioritised my outstanding paperwork. Having started out as a carpentry and joinery business I soon branched out into larger jobs such as loft conversions, extensions and garden offices to customer specifications.

As my business grew and more trades became involved, it became more time consuming to oversee each job- I was finding myself under pressure and working around the commitments of others and it soon became overwhelming.

Friends and family were telling me I needed to outsource admin as I was avoiding dealing with it as the jobs became more and more complex to organise.

Since handing over the day to day admin tasks to AB Admin Solutions, I’m managing my workload more efficiently and can dedicate my time to the running of each job.  I only wish I had made the decision sooner!

Aimee has helped me and continues to help me manage a variety of admin tasks that have become more and more imperative as we grow as a business.  She supports day to day with following up of quotations, managing cashflow and works alongside myself and our web developers to support maintenance of the website.  She prepares all of the month end reporting to support our board meetings and helps me to keep on top of our health and safety requirements.  Communication is great, we catch up weekly on a Zoom call.  This is a fab support service that has made a real difference to me and my business.
